Great news with the Govt announcing a shift to Level 2 as of Tuesday 11.59pm! We are currently assessing what we will be able to offer for the rest of the year, however, in the mean time we are available for individual development.

We will be offering 1v1 sessions (player and coach) and Groups of 2 sessions (2 players and a coach) leading up to Christmas. Coach Tai is looking forward to providing some extra training for those who need to get out of the house.

These will be held at Chartwell Park, Herbert Road where there are goals set up and Jam at Queenwood is across the road to have a peaceful coffee while the player/s burn off some energy.

Times are available weekdays between 1pm – 6pm.

CLAUDELANDS HOLIDAY PROGRAM WEEK ONE CANCELLED –

Due to the two positive COVID cases in the Waikato and Hamilton City moving to Level 3, we have CANCELLED the Holiday Program at Galloway Park for Week One of the school holidays.

We have also added an additional day to Week Two and are now offering Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th and Friday 15th of October, 9am-3pm.

‘GOAL IN ONE COMPETITION’ WINNER

Morrinsville AFC Holiday Program

Waikato Football Academy is pleased to be able offer our football-based holiday program at Morrinsville AFC. We have been working with Morrinsville on delivering development opportunities to junior players at Morrinsville AFC this year.

The holiday program will run both weeks Tuesday – Thursday. It is $30 per day with family discounts available.

JULY HOLIDAY PROGRAM 2021 – Registrations Open

Registrations are now open for our Football based Holiday Program in the July School Holidays.
Dates are Week One – 12th – 15th July and Week Two – 19th – 22nd July.
Book as many or as few days as you like, family and multiple day (4+) discounts available.

The holiday program is based around football however, other activities are also planned. Once the registration form has been received, you will receive a confirmation email outlining further details.

GOALKEEPER TRAINING

Waikato Football Academy is excited to be working with WaiBOP Goalkeeping Coach and Claudelands Mens 1st team Keeper, Seamus Casey for the remainder of this Term. Seamus is a FFA/AFC Advanced Level GK Coach and is currently sitting his FFA/AFC B Licence.

Seamus is passionate about working with Goalkeepers since he is one himself. He is currently delivering a WaiBOP GoalKeeping Academy for Intermediate and Advanced Keepers and will soon be working with Junior keepers (details here: http://www.waibopfootball.co.nz/PLAYERS/Goalkeeping-2).

We are very excited to be able to offer our goalkeepers that extra bit of training specific to their playing position.
